Opening bids range from $15,000 for home sites backing the golf course, $79,000 for town homes and $139,900 for single-family homes. The single-family homes previously were listed for $384,990 and town homes for $253,200.
Houses offer a minimum of 1,867 square feet of living space, and town homes start at 1,259 square feet and go up to 1,989 square feet.
Open houses will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. July 10, 17 and 24, said Paul Rogers, president of Inland Real Estate Brokerage Auctions Inc.
“This is a great opportunity to view each of the models or home sites, talk with our people and ask questions about the property and the auction process,” Rogers said.

Belgravia Realty Group has opened a new model for touring at the 24-unit CA23 condominium development in the West Loop.
