There are 12 homes listed in the brokers’ MLS system as of today priced in excess of $5 million, according to Redfin.com. One was added to the mix in the past two months — 53 Boulder View at $5.9 million with 5 bedrooms, 7 baths and 8,503 square feet of living space. (We reported it listed at $7.8 million a year ago!) The listing reads:
