Shares in UK-listed property companies have seen a dramatic re-rating over the past year, in spite of wider fears over growth in the real estate market.

Returning confidence among investors appears to be well-placed so far given strong recent results. Last week, Land Securities surprised with a rise in asset values that was well ahead of expectations, leading to a surge in property stocks. British Land is expected to follow suit with similarly bullish numbers on Monday.
