The estate of Leslie R. Merrifield has listed for sale a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 151 Cypress Point Way in Moraga for $889,000.

Clark Thompson of Village Associates has the listing. The 2,060-square-foot home in Moraga West was built in 1973. It is located in the School Tree subdivision.

Merrifield served the Air Force for over 20 years as a flight instructor, squadron commander, and a command pilot. He also worked at The Wilson Harrold Co. in Connecticut and was a real estate broker in Oakland.

He attended high school at St. Ignatius in San Francisco and Reno, Nevada. He also attended the University of Nevada.

He passed away on Nov. 14.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 81 home sales in Moraga during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $750,000.
