Alpington Bergh Apton: Alpington and Bergh Apton Primary is holding a street party on the playground on April 28. There will be games and then the whole school, parents and invited villagers are sitting down to a tea laid out on trestle tables.
Attleborough: St Mary’s church will be showing the Royal Wedding on a large screen inside the church. Eventgoers are also being asked to bring a picnic to eat in the hall or churchyard after the service. Entrance is free of charge and for more information call Anne Tinker on 01953 453601.

Bale: A street party is being organised for Sharrington Road from 12pm to 6pm on April 29.
Banham: Royal Wedding party on the Green, from 10.30am on April 29, watch the ceremony live on TV, traditional games, Watton Silver Band and singalong, pony and trap rides, races, competitions, BBQ free tea and coffee. More information from Geraldine Sayers Cowper on 01953 887327.
Beccles: 5th Beccles Scout and Guide HQ are holding a street party and entertainment evening at their headquarters in Common Lane from 6-8pm on Thursday, April 28.
Blakeney Quay: From 1.30pm on April 28, Blakeney Primary School and Pre-School children dressed as princes and princesses stage “Royal procession” from Quay to the village hall for tea party and Maypole dancing.

Blofield: Royal Wedding Village Picnic at Blofield United Football Club, Old Yarmouth Road, from 10.30am on April 29 . Informal event to celebrate with fellow villagers, clubhouse bar open – just bring your own picnic food, TV in bar to watch Royal Wedding, games for children and adults on the playing field. Bramfield: Bramfield Primary School, near Halesworth, will be hosting a Royal Wedding Tea Party for the children and older residents of the village. The event will see children parade as prince and princesses, before enjoying wedding cake and traditional party games. The party will start at 2pm on Thursday, April 28. Broome: The Artichoke at Broome is holding a mini Beer Festival highlighting several of the beers specially brewed to celebrate the wedding, including Say I Will, Kiss me Kate, Willys Crown Jewels and Windsor Knot, plus the rather staid names such as Royale Wedding and Wedding Ale.
This is followed in the evening by a buffet for our customers, with a Royal themed quiz during proceedings.
Bungay: Fisher Theatre: Large screen showing of Royal Wedding live from 10.30am on April 29. People invited to don their wedding dresses and enjoy a complimentary glass of bubbly while watching.
The Kings Head and Queens Jules is holding a party day from 10.30am to late. There will be a big screen, singer, wedding film, afternoon tea and karaoke, with guests invited to dress in wedding clothes.
Bunwell: Village Hall: Royal Wedding family fun day. From 9.30am on April 30, wedding breakfast (bacon rolls), high tea (traditional sandwiches and cakes) available during the morning and lunchtime, licensed Bar, BBQ, fun and games from lunchtime. Big cinema screen showing of the Royal Wedding live. Tickets (admission only) £2 for adults, children free (also by ticket), from Bunwell Post Office.
Burgh Saint Peter: Waveney River Centre is holding a full day of events. Breakfast will be available from 8am, with big screens, swimming with inflatables, raffle, a bouncy castle and karaoke all on offer throughout the day.
Burnham Market: Hoste Arms: Royal Wedding Celebration Party in Moroccan Garden, 7pm-11.30pm on April 29. Traditional British food served with glass of fizz, live music and disco, guests invited to dress in something red, white or blue. Tickets £25 from reception or 01328 738777.
Buxton: An event is being organised to be held at the village hall on Saturday, April 30 from 2pm. There will be demonstrations of various sports as well as stall, children activities, tombola and a raffle at the event. Village children will then perform a short concert in the church from 4.30pm.
Caston: Holy Cross Church is organising a Royal Wedding celebration mean on Saturday, April 30 at 7.30pm at the village hall, complete with three-course meal, wedding cake and wedding presents. Guests are asked to wear cravats and wedding hats. For more information call 01953 483751.
Cobholm: A street party is being organised for Stone Road. The road will be closed from 9am to 10pm on April 29.
Cobholm: Cobholm Community Centre will host a party with licensed bar including fancy dress, disco and BBQ food from 7pm on April 29. Tickets cost £2 adults and £1 children. Contact 01493 442336.
Congham: A Mad Hatter-themed street party will be held along Saint Andrew’s Lane from 1pm to 6.30pm on April 29.
Costessey, Norwich: Queens Hills district. Street party, including prince and princess contest beer tent, tombola and hog roast on April 29.
Cromer: Royal Fun on the Prom starts at 12.30pm on April 29 with a sandcastle building competition on East Beach, followed at 2.30pm by street party on the pier, with picnic food provided and lots of traditional bunting (red, white and blue dress code). Prizes awarded for best Royal theme and crown; Disco on the Pier Forecourt from 4–6pm with games and dancing. Tickets for Picnic on the Pier, cost £2.50, from Red Lion Hotel reception. All children must be accompanied by an adult; no responsibility can be accepted for any child left unattended at any of the events.
Diss: The Fair Green Neighbourhood Association will be organising a Royal Wedding fun day on the green from 2pm on Friday, April 29. The day will include entertainment with mini rides from Poz, a free Punch and Judy, children’s crown competition, and paint your own pottery. From 4pm, there will be a BBQ and hog roast and the nearby Cock Inn is staging a beer festival and live music in the evening.
Ditchingham: Bungay and District Sports Association are offering big screen, bouncy castle and a fancy dress competition for adults and children from 10.30am at Maltings Pavilion.
Dereham: Street party outside Railway Tavern, Yaxham Road, from 9am on April 29 (part of pub’s This Is England week) long tables outside tavern, big screen, piano-player performing street party favourites. Norfolk heroes the Light Dragoons, from Robertson Barracks, Swanton Morley, scheduled to help celebrate.
Downham Market: Town council is marking the big occasion from the town hall with a big screen showing wedding ceremony live. Also planned are a prince and princess contest and themed window display competition.
Easton: St Peter’s C of E Primary School will be holding a Royal Wedding at the village church on Thursday, April 28.
Fakenham: The market place will come alive to celebrate the Royal Wedding on April 30 from 12pm to 6pm.
Fleggburgh: Fleggburgh Primary School are organising a mock wedding ceremony at the village church on April 28 with the school children, and at 12pm the school playground will be the site for a street party with all invited. In the afternoon, all the children will be presented with a commemorative coin.
Gaywood: The Howard Junior School is staging its own Royal Wedding in St Faith’s Church on Thursday, April 28 at 10.30am. A rehearsal will be held the week before and on the day the pupils will play all the lead roles and dress up in their smartest clothes for the big event. Following the “wedding”, there will be a reception in the school hall which will have an old time, traditional feel with music, bunting, sandwiches and Victoria sponge.
Gorleston: Street party being organised for Springfield Road from 12pm to 6pm on April 29.
Gorleston: From 12 to 2pm on April 28 Busy Bees Day Nursery at James Paget University Hospital will be holding a street party for parents and youngsters, with children will be making their own crowns, flags and decorations. There will be a range of party games, and food and drink will be provided.
Gorleston: A dinner party is being held at the Pier Hotel during the evening of April 29. The Mayor and Mayoress of Great Yarmouth will be the guests of honour.
Great Yarmouth: Beer and cider festival at The Courtyard, Main Cross Road, from Thursday, April 28, to Sunday, May 1.
Great Yarmouth: Mecca Bingo is asking customers and team members to record their own personal messages of congratulations to Prince William and Catherine Middleton as part of a day of celebrations. Commemorative scrolls will be available for customers to note down their own good luck messages which will be delivered to Buckingham Palace after the wedding. There will be a special breakfast, a live screening of the wedding, themed bingo and refreshments.
Customers are also invited to attend a Wedding Reception comprising a glass of bubbly and celebratory buffet from 5.30pm to 7pm, before the evening session of bingo begins.
Greesenhall: Residents will be able to enjoy a street part along Chequers Lane from 9am to 9pm on April 29.
Halvergate: A family disco with fancy dress and a barbeque at the Playing Field Club will start at 7pm. Children can join in the Royal theme by dressing as princes, princesses, knights or soldiers. Mums can also join in the fun with her best wedding hat. Admission is free.
Hellesdon : Woodland Nursing Home will be celebrating the Royal Wedding with an indoor Street party. This will be held in the afternoon after watching the wedding. The corridor will be decorated with bunting and flags with the tables decorated in red, white and blue with the centre piece being a wedding cake.
Hickling: A Royal Wedding street party is being organised for Stubb Road from 12pm to 6pm on April 29.
Hingham: There will be a Royal Wedding party on Fairland Green from 3pm and around 300 childrn are expected to attend. There will also be a tea party for the OAPs and a hog roast and music at Lincoln Hall in the evening.
Hockham: A Royal Wedding street party is being organised for The Street, Great Hockham. The road will be closed from 8am to 10pm on April 29.
Hockwold: Street party being organised along South Street on April 29 from 1pm.
Honingham: The Honingham Buck pub is inviting the whole village to a wedding reception as if it is being held in the pub. People are being asked to wear formal clothes and the pub will show the wedding on a big screen and giving villagers a wedding breakfast free of charge.
Horsham St Faith: Church bells signal start of fun run at 2.30pm on April 29. Local funeral director leads the run riding in car used by the late Queen Mother. Followed by “wedding breakfast” in community centre.
Hunstanton: Following the Royal Wedding there will be a party for children up to the age of 11 in the town hall from 3pm-5pm. On Saturday, April 30, High Street festivities will include music, stalls and street theatre. On Sunday, May 1 there will be a Weddings, Parties, and Proms Fair in the town hall. Beer festival on the Saturday and Sunday at the Golden Lion.
Hunstanton: Street parties being organised for Saint Edmund’s Terrace on April 30 and Greevegate on May 1. Both roads will be closed until 6pm.
Ingoldsthorpe: The village’s C of E primary school is holding a Royal Wedding street party on Thursday, April 28 from 12pm.
Kenninghall: West Church Street and East Church Street closed from 2pm to 8pm on April 29 for a street party.
King’s Lynn: Picnic at The Walks, 2pm-6pm, family entertainment on May 1.
King’s Lynn: A street party will be held on The Portway, off Saddlebow Road, from 11am on April 29. There will be a bouncy castle and it costs £1 per person with profits going to Diabetes UK. Little Melton: There will be a street party in the Greenacres cul-de-sac for around 60 people. There will be face painting, a BBQ and food share.
Little Plumstead: Emmas Way will be holding a party for the road between 3pm and 10pm. There will be around 160 people. All children will be given a commerative mug.
Everyone is bringing their own food and drink and a BBQ is available with a ‘chef’ to cook your food.
Loddon: A royal wedding comedy spectacular on Friday. Doors open 7pm with a fully licensed bar at Loddon Mill Arts. There will be a free drink each for any couple who dress as Royal Bride and Groom.

Lowestoft: St Benedict’s Toddlers Group is holding a Royal Wedding fun day on April 29 from 12pm to 6pm for all ages and admission is free. There will be a bouncy castle, donkey rides, various stalls, face painting, and games including sack race, egg and spoon race and throwing the wellie. Methwold: Methwold Hythe and Brookvile residents are holding a street part at the village hall and Methwold social club from 1pm to 3.30pm. People are being invited to bring a picnic or buy from the BBQ. There will also be games, bouncy castle and clown show for children and a street market and music for adults.
Morningthorpe: The Barn, Friars Farm, village party, from 2pm on April 29.
Mulbarton: Residents living along Wild Radish Close will enjoy a street party on April 29. The entire road is being closed from 9am to 11pm on the day.
Mulbarton: From 10am on April 29 those at Hanover Gardens, which is run by Hanover Housing Association, will be treated to coffee and biscuits while watching the wedding ceremony followed by a lunch and raffle. In the afternoon residents will test themselves with a Royal-themed quiz, while enjoying tea and cakes. The day will finish with a barbecue. Members of the local community are welcome to attend.

North Elmham: Villagers have organised a street party for the parish on Eastgate Street from 1pm to 4.30pm on April 29.
Norwich: St Andrew’s Church, Bridewell Alley, 1pm, April 27, Roger Rayner plays organ music on a Royal theme, free admission.
Norwich: “Pre-Royal Wedding Party” at the Hamlet Centre, Ella Road, Norwich, 2.30pm-4.30pm. Cream teas, stalls, fancy hat competition and more on April 28
Norwich: Queens Hills Primary School is holding a street party between 2pm and 6pm. There will be live music, hog roast, BBQ, tombola, bar, games, bungee run, fairground rides and much more. Any funds raised will go to the school.
We’re aiming to have at least 600 hundred adults and children at the street party and would love for you to broadcast this special event with us.
Norwich: Cinema City will be screening the royal wedding from 10am. There will be a classic British reception buffet in the form of a special wedding platter.
Anyone wanting to make a right royal day of it can also catch a special screening of the oscar-winning film The King’s Speech, which will be shown at 3.45pm immediately following the wedding. Tickets include a free slice of wedding cake and a glass of bubbly.
Norwich: On Upper St Giles they will be hanging out the bunting and ringing the bells.
Local business traders and residents have got together and decided to celebrate with a street party. There will be local bands playing live throughout the afternoon including Stiffkey Blue, Neutrinos and Beerfair, plus DJ’s . Competitions will include ‘Make a wedding dress from plastic bags’ a ‘Vintage Bonnets Parade’ There will be a raffle with donated prizes from local shops, Maypole dancing, face painting for children and adults. There will be an open ‘Art installation ‘ led by a local artist. Plus lots of food and drink to share and buy. A local charity called ‘Food Cycle’ will benefit from donations made on the day. There is no charge to join in – just a bring a dish and a bottle to share and don’t forget to bring a chair. All welcome.
Norwich: People will be able to watch the Royal Wedding at the home of Norwich City FC – Carrow Road. People can begin the celebrations with coffee and pastries before the celebrations move to the top of the terrace where friends and family can enjoy all of the traditions of a wedding including champagne and canapés, a four-course wedding breakfast and wedding cake. The event is being held in the Norfolk lounge from 10am with lunch served in the top of the terrace. It costs £55 per person.
The Norfolk lounge is also hosting a “big cheesy” wedding reception later in the day from 8pm until 1am. Tickets are £6 in advance or £7.50 on the door. Over 18s only. For more information on both events call 01603 218 704.
Ormesby St Margaret: Street parties being organised for Ranworth Drive and Thurne Way from 2.30pm.
Poringland, near Norwich: Framingham Earl High School is holding a Royal Wedding celebration on Wednesday, April 27. Invited guests will be entertained by students and then eat with a group of students.
Reepham: The town council has organised a fun-packed Royal Wedding event starting at 3.30pm on April 29 at Stimpsons Piece Recreation Ground. There will be a fun run with Reepham Runners starting at Whitwell Station and transport bringing the runners back into Reepham. There will also be a science exhibition. The event will finish at 6.30pm.
Sandringham: There will be a 12ft screen inside the restaurant to catch every moment of the wedding. Visitors between 9.30am and noon will be offered a free cup of tea or coffee. The shops and restaurants will be decorated with red, white and blue balloons to help get people into the mood.
Scole: The village’s C of E primary school will stage their version of the Royal Wedding on Thursday, April 28 at St Andrew’s Church. The Rev Trevor Reiss will preside over the event at which two pupils from Year 6 will ‘get married’ and there will be a reception to follow, complete with Best Man’s speech
Sheringham: The Mo Museum, April 29 flag decorating workshop for youngsters 1.30pm – 2.30pm. In the evening, songs inspired by the coming of spring and the Royal wedding with the Broadland Youth Choir , from 7.30pm – 9.30pm. Shouldham: A street party is being organised for The Green from 1pm to 6pm April 29.
Southrepps: Church Street will host a street party on April 29. The road will be closed from 7am and remain shut for the rest of the day. Activities include live jazz music, a fancy dress competition, BBQ, bouncy castle, swings, a balloon race. Between 3pm and 4pm there will be a programme of fun sports events for children on the recreation ground including five-a-side football. People are being asked to e-mail info@southrepps-fayre.com so organisers can have a good idea on numbers in advance.
Southtown: There will be a “right royal knees up” at St Mary’s Church Hall, including a two course dinner, starting at 7.30pm on May 3. Entry is £4.
Southwold: Public party on Gun Hill. A beacon will be lift and the guns will be fired at 7pm on April 30 followed by a fireworks display. Mayor of Southwold Sue Allen will present Southwold Primary School children. Any left over mugs will be given to local children, aged under 16, on a first-come first-served basis.
South Walsham: Fairhaven Woodland and Water Garden, South Walsham will be giving free admission for all Williams and Kates on Friday, April 29, ID essential. Garden open 10am to 5pm. Tel 01603 270449, www.fairhavengarden.co.uk.
Spixworth: Royal Wedding Prince and Princess Party at the Social Club, Crostwick Lane, from 2pm on April 29 (outside on the patio weather permitting). Fancy dress competition and fun and games. People are being asked to book either at the bar or by calling 01603 890864.
Sporle: The Street will be closed from 2pm to 7pm on April 29 for a street party.
Sprowston: A free community Royal wedding party will be held at the Wroxham Road Methodist church. Two viewing rooms will be open from 9.30am. There will be one quiet room for adults only and one family room with craft tables for the children. The wedding will be screened in both rooms. There will be a fancy dress competition for the children and a bring and share tea party at 2pm. Contact Vici Bailey on 07794109225.
Stalham: Royal Wedding street party and fair being held on the High Street from 2pm to 10pm on April 29, attractions include Stalham Brass Band, Punch and Judy, donkey rides, mini funfair, live music, free children’s games in town hall. Free afternoon tea for over-55s and under-11 residents of Stalham at 4pm.
Starston: The village’s WI has organised a Trousseau Tea – which is a French wedding tradition when the bride’s family show off all the bride’s new things. All the members are taking along photos of their own weddings, having a “Right Royal Quiz”, and wearing posh frocks. More than 50 people are expected to go to the event at the Methodist Chapel in Manor Road, Long Stratton on April 28 between 2pm and 4.30pm.
Starston: The bells of St Margaret’s, Starston, will be ringing out from 9.30am on April 29. The bells will be rung by the regular Starston ringers with a royal salute followed by a barbecue for ringers and friends.
Stokesby: The village hall will play host to morning celebrations on April 29 from 10am till 2pm with a large screen to watch the wedding on, while from 7.30pm there will be live music. Bring a plate of food. Contact 01493 750013.
Suffield: The parish council is organising a village picnic on Cooks Lane. The road will be closed from 12pm to 8pm on April 29.
Swaffham: Market Square: Street-party style celebration organised by Lions and Iceni Partnership, with support from town council. Bunting, flags street entertainment, themed fancy dress competition, stalls, barbecues, cakes and teas, from 1pm on April 29.
Swanton Abbott – Jolly Farmers pub hosting Royal garden party event all day on April 29
Tharston: The Street will be closed from 2pm to midnight on April 29 for a Royal Wedding street party.
Thorpe St Andrew: Royal Wedding Party for 45 Rainbow Guides at St Andrews Centre, Thunder Lane, from 2pm-5pm on May 7. Guides toast the happy couple at tea party and make and decorate souvenirs.
Thorpe St Andrew: 60 children aged five to six from Hillside Avenue Primary School are going to be taking part in a wedding at Thrope St Andrew church at 10am. The children are going to dress up in their wedding clothes and have the vicar marry them. They are then going to come back to school to cut the cake and do a toast to the bride and groom. All of our school are then planning to have picnics in the afternoon as part of our celebrations.
Thurlton: Thurlton Pre-school will be holding a special royal wedding breakfast on Thursday, April 28. For details call the school on 01508 548342.
Trowse: Trowse with Newton Parish Council is planning an event on The Common between 2pm and 6pm on April 29. There will be a fancy dress competition and a band has been booked to play at the event.
Walcott: Royal wedding charity quiz night April 29, for Happisburgh Playing Field at the Lighthouse Inn 7.30pm. Adults £5, children £2.50 which includes food. To book, telephone Mike on 01692 581531.
Watton: The Friendship Club at Watton Pentecostal Church are meeting at 10am at the church in old Dereham Road, Watton.
Celebrations start with a decorated hat competition, then they will be watching the wedding live on the big screen and this will be followed by a party with food and fun.

Wingfield Barns: You can join in with the live celebrations and take the family to Wingfield Barns where the climatic build up, the wedding service and full commentary will be projected onto the big screen from 10am on April 29 until the end of the day. Admission is free and celebratory refreshments and sandwiches will be available from the coffee shop.

Wymondham: Residents in Church Street and Vicar Street in Wymondham will be staging a series of Royal Wedding events on Friday. They will be having a celebratory lunch in the grounds of the historic Abbey from 1.30pm and coordinating a host of party games including an egg and spoon race. They will also be unearthing and adding new items to a time capsule. There will also be a lantern procession from 9pm.
