Sony Ericsson PSPhone blocked to be listed in Britain

PSPhone of Sony Ericsson, Xperia Play, has finally got ready to be on the market and it will be on sale soon in worldwide, but Britain seems to run into problems, so the Telecommunication Operator 02 in Britain announce that they will put off the sale of PSPhone.

02 say they have found some flaws influencing User Experience when in the tests before several weeks ago, and they are to cooperate with Sony Ericsson to set up more completed systems in Xperia Play. So before it finished, the Xperia Play won’t be on sale and the plan of listing the phone on the market on April 4 are to be put off.

Sony Ericsson responds to it that apart from 02, some other operators are to issue Xperia Play as the plan, and 02 is to extend the test time while Sony Ericsson will act in coordination with them to make sure that 02 users can have access to Xperia Play as soon as possible.

According to the current situation, the problems of Xperia Play are not serious, or Sony Ericsson will put off the issue in worldwide. It is supposed that there is problem with the internal related services in Xperia Play, while the Chinese version in Hong Kong and Taiwan won’t be affected much.
