Tiger Woods’ ex wife Elin Nordegren has just purchased this $12.2 million North Palm Beach mansion valued at $13 million. The 6 bedroom, 8 bath traditional home has over 9,000 square feet of living space and is located on a private beach road within a gated community. The former wife to Tiger Woods purchased the estate through a private sale, the property had not been publicly listed for sale. Elin has kept good on her promise to relocate while keeping the children close to their father who lives on nearby Jupiter Island. Elin’s home is approximately 10 miles south of Wood’s Jupiter Island home, also on the beach. Elin Nordegren is down one Tiger Woods, and up one very, very nice Palm Beach mansion. The former Mrs. Woods just plunked down $12.2 million for the 9,000 square foot home on a private beach.

The mansion has 6 bedrooms — plenty for Elin and her son and daughter — and 8 bathrooms, plus a 4,700 square foot basement. And we’re sure there’s something ridiculous like a basketball court and movie theater in there too.

The home is conveniently located about 10 miles away from where Tiger has a $50 million mansion on Jupiter Island. So, the whole joint custody thing should be a breeze. She’s expected to move from the Orlando home she’s been staying in with her kids in the next few weeks.
