Super Market Sweep: 10 to 11:30 a.m., Marketplace Foods-Dakota Square. The Minot Young Professionals are once again teaming up with the Minot Area Homeless Coalition, Marketplace Foods-Dakota Square, and Our Family brand to stock area food pantries and soup kitchens with nonperishable food items and toiletries. The goal is to raise $700 to be used to purchase Our Family brand products from Marketplace Foods. Competitors will pay $15 per person to play. Teams and spectators can also pay $10 for a whammy in order to gain advantages over other teams and spectators may give cash donations. Marketplace Foods and Our Family brand has agreed to match up to $300 worth of products.

Minot Music Boosters’ Annual Chuck Full of Music fundraiser: 4:30 to 8:30 p.m., Minot High School-Magic City Campus. The event will include a “chuckwagon” style dinner, with musical entertainment provided by local middle school and high school students. There will be drawings for door prizes throughout the evening and a silent auction. Tickets are $5 per person and may be purchased from a music student or at the door.
