Minot State University Severson Entrepreneurship Academy guest speaker Clint Severson: 12:15 p.m., MSU’s Old Main, Room 106. Severson, president and chief executive officer of Abaxis, will speak about the importance of fundraising for entrepreneurial ventures. The talk is free and open to the public.
Lutheran Campus Ministry of Minot will host a Fat Tuesday/Mardi Gras dessert night: 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., First Lutheran Church Parish Hall, 120-5th Ave. NW. The True Soul Brothaz, a group of students from Minot State University, and the MSU Singers will provide entertainment. MSU students will be admitted free; a freewill offering will be received.
Planning meeting for a 50-year all-school reunion for South Prairie School: 7 p.m., South Prairie School Library. The reunion would be held this summer. Call Ronnie Novak at 722-3767 for more information.
MSU guest music recital: 7:30 p.m., MSU’s Ann Nicole Nelson Hall, Old Main. Pianist Jennifer Donaldson will perform “Agony and Ecstasy: A Musical Exploration of Suffering and Redemption,” featuring works by Haydn, Mozart, Schubert, Liszt, Chopin, Bach and Messiaen. The recital is free and open to the public.
