Chorley council listed as top employer

    Chorley council has been named the best council to work for in the country by a national newspaper The authority was named as the
    highest ranked council in The Sunday Times top 100 places to work in the public and third sectors.

    The results for The Times 100 Best Places To Work For in the Public and Third Sectors are taken from a survey of staff in late 2010.

    The council will feature in a pull out in The Sunday Times on March 13 and shows that the authority ranks highest for team work, wellbeing and leadership.
