College Goal Sunday: 1 to 3 p.m., Minot State University’s Old Main, third floor. College Goal Sunday is a program that helps college-bound students and their families complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid. Families should visit the College Goal Sunday Web site, (www.collegegoalnd.org) for information on what to bring to the event. The event is free and open to the public.
Nondenominational Bible Talk: 4 p.m., Minot Municipal Auditorium, Room 204. The talk is free and open to the public.
The Minot women’s choir Voices of Note will present a concert in tribute to the memory of founding member Marie Hagen-Bourquin: 4 p.m., Bethany Lutheran Church, Minot. The concert is titled “How Can I Keep From Singing?” The concert is free and open to the public. A freewill offering will be received with proceeds to be split between the Voices of Note and the Special Olympics.
Cando Arts Council’s Valentine Fundraiser, Just Desserts: 5 to 7 p.m., Cando Arts Center. Tickets, for $7 each, for dessert and coffee will be sold at the door.
