The priciest home for sale in Laguna Beach has been reduced $4.1 million, making it now the second priciest MLS-listed home for sale in the beach city, according to the Southern California MLS.

The home is currently under construction on the grounds of the Montage Resort in South Laguna at 7 Atelier Lane and was first listed for $36 million.

Now offered at $31.9 million, the home will feature 3 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 9,000 square feet of living space on a .32-acre lot, a pool, ocean views and, of course, access to all of the resort’s amenities.
