Chris Mihm lists his Manhattan Beach home for $2.09 mln

The American professional basketball player, who bought the home in 2004 for $2.16 million, has listed at a loss, reported Los Angeles Times.

The home is a newer Mediterranean, custom built in 2002. The home has a 25-foot-high entry, coved ceilings in the formal dining room, a game room and a center island with seating in the kitchen. The home is situated on a large 7500 square foot lot. This estate offers an oversized yard which is very rare to find in Manhattan Beach, according to the listing.

The 4,300-square-foot villa has five bedrooms. A large deck surrounds the pool with spa and fountain. There is a two-car garage as well as one-car garage, each with separate driveways.
