Interior fixture owner asking $1.095M in University Place

Dwight Aston and his wife, Nelda, have listed for sale a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 3724 Wroxton Road in West University Place for $1.095 million.

The 4,096-square-foot home in Sunset Terrace was built in 2000. Roger Martin of Roger Martin Properties is the listing agent.

Mr. Aston is the owner, co-founder and president of Shopco U.S.A., Inc., a Houston-based designer and developer of interior store fixtures. Prior to forming Shopco U.S.A. in 1985, he served as a regional sales manager for the Perma-Pipe division of Midwesco, Inc.

He holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering and an M.B.A. from Duke University and the Red McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 201 home sales in West University Place during the past 12 months.
