Stephen W. Naeve has listed for sale a three-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 1115 Berthea St. in University Place for $1.449 million.

The 4,735-square-foot house was built in 2009. Cathy Blum of Greenwood King Properties is the listing agent.

Mr. Naeve works as a principal at Liberty Green Renewables, LLC, a biomass and energy company. He recently served as the vice chairman of Reliant Resources, where he worked for more than 30 years.

He holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering and an M.S. in environmental health engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
