TUESDAY

Berlin Town Council.  Rescheduled meeting from Jan. 18, starting with public hearing on the purchase of tractors. The meeting itself will likely see the scheduling of referendum on the high school renovations, possibly for mid-March.  6:45 p.m. Town Hall, 240 Kensington Road.

Plainville Board of Education. Special meeting on development of the budget. 7 p.m., Middle School of Plainville, 150 Northwest Drive.

WEDNESDAY

Southington Parking Authority. Regular meeting.  1 p.m., Town Hall, 75 Main St.
