Well, Amazon Germany has got listed two LG handsets Optimus 2X, and Optimus Black, for Euro 499 with both the handset being latest handsets from LG, and were released by the Korean tech giant in recently concluded CES event. Interestingly, interested buyers can not buy the handsets as the online retailer has not yet made those available for sale.

LG Optimus 2X aka LG Star has dual-core Tegra 2 processor with it running at 1 GHz; full 1080p TV-out via HDMI, 8 MP main camera, and 1.3 MP front camera for face to face calling, 4 inch WVGA display, 8 GB storage [expandable up to 32 GB], and 1500 mAh battery.

Coming on to LG Black, the handset which is being regarded by LG as “thinnest and brightest”, for measuring 9.2 mm, has 4 inch capacitive touch screen, 1 Ghz processor, 5 MP camera, HTML browser, social network integration [connects to Facebook, MySpace, and Twitter], and 2048 MP on boar memory [expandable up to 32 GB using microSD card].

Both the handsets are said of later receiving Android 2.3 Gingerbread upgrade as well.

Further, over Amazon germany which has floated the pages showing both LG Optimus 2X, and Optimus black handsets listed at discounted pricing of 499 Euro, is offering Euro 50 discount with it bringing in the pricing to Euro 499, only with the black edition of LG Optimus 2x with the another available brown colour edition of the handset to not have included Euro 50 discount, and so will not be available for Euro 499.

Meanwhile, citing online retailer play.com, T3 is reporting the UK release of LG Optimus 2x on March 18th with handset to land at pricing of  499.99 GBP.
