A historic home on Rinconada Court is open for viewing for the second consecutive weekend, along with 49 other homes in Los Altos and Los Altos Hills, including four residences that are just a year old.

The 116-year-old landmark residence has four bedrooms and lists for $,3250,000.  

The year-old homes include a 6-bedroom residence listing for $8.9 million on Natoma Road in Los Altos Hills; another 6-bedroom home on Pepper Drive listing for $3.9 million; a 4-bedroom home on North Avalon Drive for just under $3 million and a 5-bedroom home on McKenzie Avenue for $2.8 million.

There are also six smaller units on the market this weekend on West Edith Avenue, Chester Circle, El Camino Real and Tyndall Street offering from one to three bedrooms and ranging in price from just under $700,000 to about $900,000.

About 15 homes are open for viewing on Saturday and Sunday; others are limited to either a Saturday or Sunday open house. The schedule is posted along with the PDF listing that accompanies this report.
