Thomas Migala listed for sale a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 1 Liberty Dr. in South Barrington for $639,900.

Migala paid $655,000 for the property in June 2005. The 3,270-square-foot house was built in 1979 in South Barrington West. Lori Rowe of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is the listing agent for the home.

Migala is president and CEO of FANUC AMERICA Corporation, a subsidiary of FANUC Limited of Japan, which provides factory automation solutions and manufacturing technology. Prior to joining Fanuc, he was vice president for GE Fanuc CNC Business, president of GE Aircraft Engines North Pacific Operations, Six Sigma leader for GE Aircraft Engines Commercial Engine Operations, and also worked in GE’s corporate business development as part of the corporate executive office.

He obtained a B.S. and M.S. in aerospace engineering from the University of Michigan and a master’s of business science degree from MIT.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 45 home sales in South Barrington during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $757,500.
