Myron paid $750,000 for the property in April 2005. The 1,900-square-foot condo, Unit #1502, is part of the 23 units at 60 Erie, a development built in 2005 in Near North. Alexis Eldorrado of Eldorrado Chicago Real Estate LLC is the listing agent for the home.

Myron is the director of the division of educational programs at Argonne National Laboratory, which is operated by the University of Chicago for the U.S. Department of Energy Office of Science. Prior to joining Argonne, he has worked as head scientist in charge of the large magnet laboratory in Holland.

He received his Ph.D. in solid state physics at Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa and attended college at Queens College in New York City. He completed his post-doctoral work at Northwestern University in Evanston, where he has taught freshman physics.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been no condo sales in Near North during the past 12 months.
