Briasco paid $557,500 for the property in Dec. 2003. The 3,432-square-foot multi-family house was built in 1932 in Roscoe Village. Mario Greco of Prudential Rubloff Properties is the listing agent for the home.

Briasco is director of human resources at Northwestern Medical Faculty Foundation, a large, multi-specialty physicians group that serves on the faculty at the Feinberg School of Medicine at Northwestern University. Prior to that, he served as manager of training and development, as well as associate director of Undergraduate Admissions at Loyola University Chicago.

He holds an M.A. in graduate liberal studies from Loyola University of Chicago and graduated from Dominican University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 130 home sales in Roscoe Village during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $440,000.
