Jessica Milberg and Julian Nicholas have listed for sale a two-bedroom, 1.5-bath home at 600 Pacific Ave. in Alameda for $489,000.

David R. Valva of Valva Realty Company is the listing agent. Nicholas and Milberg acquired the property for $473,500 in Nov. 2008. The 999-square-foot house, which was built in 1915, is in West End.

Milberg is a photographer and an invitation designer at Tim, Daisy, and Mike Photography. Beforehand, she was a print intern at Yellow Owl Workshop, a stamps and related items shop.

She was also an art director and instructor at The Arc of San Francisco, a developmental disability organization. She also worked as an art consultant and administrator at Lahaina Galleries, an art and photography center. Moreover, she was a photography peacher at ASUC Berkeley/University of California Berkeley.

She attended The Slade School of Fine Art.
