LUBBOCK, Texas (AP) – Former GOP vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin is heading for West Texas.

The ex-Alaska governor was the scheduled speaker Monday night at fundraising appearances for the Lubbock Christian School.

The school, on its website, listed the fundraiser as an “Evening With Sarah Palin.”

The events were scheduled at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center.
