Stanislaus C. Menezes and Charlotte R. Lewis have listed for sale a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 2757 Porter Court in Glenview for $899,000.

Menezes and Lewis paid $528,000 for the property in Oct. 2005. The 3,577-square-foot home in West Glenview was built in 2007. Jane Lee of RE/MAX Top Performers is the listing agent.

Menezes is founder, CEO and managing director of Lycon Technologies, a Glenview-based information technology consulting and staffing firm.He previously founded Infovison Inc., a technology services business. He also held executive positions in sales and marketing at Schlumberger and Qatar Petroleum.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Mangalore University and an M.B.A. in general management from the Kellogg School of Management.

Menezes and Lewis previously sold their home at 310 W. Sheffield Drive in Bloomingdale for $467,400 in Dec. 2005.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 568 home sales in Glenview during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $402,000.
