The Behms acquired the property for $287,000 in Feb. 2004. The 2,167-square-foot house was built in 1924 in Central Arlington Heights. John Malone of Arlington Properties is the agent for the property.

Ms. Behm owns Merry Feast, a fruit and vegetable service and delivery business based in Mundelein. Prior to establishing the business, she worked as an associate partner at Andersen Consulting and Accenture.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 246 home sales in Arlington Heights during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $275,000.
