Marcos G. Reyes has listed for sale a six-bedroom, 7.5-bath home at 121 Forest Edge Drive in Palos Park for $3.59 million.

Reyes acquired the property for $474,000 in June 2004. The 12,000-square-foot house was built in 2006 in West Palos Park. It is located in the Shadow Ridge Estates subdivision. Laura Burns of Century 21 Pro-Team is the agent for the property.

Reyes is the president and owner of Reyes Group Ltd., a contracting and construction management services firm based in Illinois. Before establishing his own firm, he previously worked as a civil engineer and designer for the city of Chicago’s aviation department.

He earned his B.S. degree in civil engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 102 home sales in Palos Park during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $312,500.
