Hoping to star as a landlord

Actor Orlando Bloom has listed his compound in the Hollywood Hills for annual lease at $18,000 a month.

Bloom’s house was the target of a July 2009 break-in by the so-called “bling ring” burglars, who focused on celebrities including Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan. The listing on Realtor.com shows a four-bedroom, three-bathroom house with more than 3,200 square feet of living space, all set behind gates on a heavily landscaped lot of three-quarters of an acre.

Walls of glass flank the double walnut door entry of the house, built in 1940. The kitchen has custom cherry cabinetry and a fireplace. A den-library-bedroom has its own entrance. A pool and motor court complete the compound, which is gated and — not surprisingly — equipped with security cameras.

Bloom, 33, a star of the Pirates of the Caribbean and The Lord of the Rings movies, bought the property in 2007 for $2.75 million, according to public records.

A pool hugs the back of the house, which sits on nearly half an acre with city and reservoir views.

Though Kingston is known for her role as Dr. Elizabeth Corday on“ ER (1997-2009), she has also appeared on Law Order: Special Victims Unit (2009-10), Doctor Who (2008-10) and FlashForward (2009-10).
