PROMINENT Melbourne lawyer Peter Gordon has listed his Portsea holiday house for sale.
The former Western Bulldogs president and his partner Kerry O’Toole, who live in Camberwell, bought another house in the area two years ago, leaving them with two properties in the popular seaside town.
Architects behind the stunning house for sale at 121 Back Beach Rd drew inspiration from the designs of Richard Neutra and Frank Lloyd Wright.
Kay and Burton’s Liz Jensen declined to comment on the property’s owners but said it was on the market for more than $2.5 million.
“They’re extremely private people,” Ms Jensen said. She said the four-bedroom house had a clever mix of big rooms and cosy spaces.
“It looks like it just blew in on the sea breeze and landed among the native shrubs,” she said.

The property features private courtyards, coastal views, a grass tennis court and a prime location less than 10 minutes’ walk from Portsea Surf LifeSaving Club.
It was built 10 years ago.
“From the moment the gate opens and you’re driving up the catwalk-like driveway, you get a great feeling about this house,” Ms Jensen said.
Mr Gordon was named among the legal profession’s top movers and shakers last year after setting up his his own firm, Gordon Legal.
He had previously worked for Slater and Gordon for 30 years, rising to deputy chairman.
