TV show creator's former home for sale

Listed for sale in Dana Point‘s Lantern Village is a home for sale that was originally built by the creator of the 1980s television show “The Adventures of Teddy Ruxpin,” according to listing agent Samantha Gorrell of ZipRealty.

The creator, Ken Forsse, initially invented the animatronic, talking teddy bear Teddy Ruxpin and later the TV show involving the bear. He also first built the home for sale at 34341 Amber Lantern Street.
