Frazier works as a branch manager and assistant vice president at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, a retail mortgage lender, which provides home mortgage solutions.

Before joining Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, he was a vice president and sales manager at Washington Mutual. Prior to that, he was a consumer lending regional manager at Home Savings of America.

He received both his M.B.A. in finance and B.S.B.A.M. in business administration and management from the University of Redlands.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 5,875 home sales in Riverside during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $195,000.
