Trevor D. Mathias and Allison Mathias have listed for sale a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath at 116 S. Dee Road in Park Ridge for $524,900.

The Mathiases paid $560,000 for the property in Dec. 2004, the same year the 2,141-square-foot home in West Park Ridge/Chippewa Woods was built. It is located in the Centennial Park subdivision. Jennifer Barcal of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is the listing agent.

Mr. Mathias is a financial planner and a senior vice president at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in Chicago. He is also an adjunct finance professor at University of Illinois at Chicago.

He attended University of Illinois at Chicago, Northwestern University and the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago.

The Mathiases previously sold their condo at 2951 Central St. in Evanston for $310,000 in June 2008.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 343 home sales in Park Ridge during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $332,000.
