Merrick paid $535,000 for the property in Oct. 2000. The condo, Unit #21AD, is part of the 79 units at Eddystone Condo, a 21-story development that was built in 1929 in Lakeview. It is located in the Lakeview East subdivision. Debra Dobbs of Koenig Strey Real Living is the listing agent for the home.

Merrick is a counsel in Kirkland Ellis LLP’s Chicago office, where her practice focuses on employee benefits matters.

She received her J.D. from Oklahoma City University and earned her B.A. degree from Wellesley College.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been four condo sales in Lakeview during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $260,000.
