Madeline Clarke Jhawar has listed for sale a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 1637 N. Hermitage Ave. in Bucktown for $1.05 million.

Jhawar bought the home for $985,000 in Nov. 2004. The 3,000-square-foot house was built in 1995. Robert John Anderson of Baird Warner is the agent for the listing.

Jhawar is the founder and owner of Italy Beyond the Obvious, a tailored travel agency to Italy. Prior to this, she worked with Arrow Electronics and Butterfield Robinson.

She earned a linguistics degree from Queen’s University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 269 home sales in Bucktown during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $403,000.
