George Steven Kooshian has listed for sale a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 55490 Royal St. George in La Quinta for $1.95 million.

Dr. Kooshian paid $1.385 million for the house in Aug. 2002. The 4,375-square-foot house was built in 2000 in PGA West. It is located in Greg Norman Golf Course subdivision.

Dr. Kooshian practices as an internist in Garden Grove. He has been in practice for nearly three decades.

He completed his medical degree at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine in 1978.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,553 home sales in La Quinta during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $321,000.
