Jordan I. Shifrin listed for sale a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo at 817 Hinman Ave. in Evanston for $1.39 million.

The Shifrins paid $1.3 million for the property in July 2005. The 2,559-square-foot condo, Unit #5E, is part of the eight units at 817 Hinman Ave., a six-story condo development built in 2005 in Southeast Evanston. Patricia Gordon of Prudential Rubloff Properties is the listing agent for the home.

Shifrin is president and the founding principal of Kovitz Shifrin Nesbit. His practice focuses in the areas of condominium, townhome and homeowner associations and co-operative property issues. He is also a fellow of the Community Associations Institute College of Community Association Lawyers.

He received his J.D. from John Marshall Law School and obtained his M.A. and B.A. in history from the University of Illinois-Chicago.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 25 condo sales in Evanston during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $623,000.
