William Wrigley Jr. II has listed for sale a seven-bed, 7.4-bath home at 1345 North Lake Road in Lake Forest for $9.99 million.

Wrigley paid $9.9 million for the property in April 2003. The 11,013-square foot home was built in 1908 in Lake Forest East. Ned Skae of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is the listing agent for the property.

Wrigley is the former chairman and CEO of the famous William Wrigley Jr. Company in Chicago. He is the great-grandson of William Wrigley Jr. and son of the late William Wrigley III, who spent 38 years as the president of the company and four years as the owner of the Chicago Cubs. Wrigley joined the company in 1985. He was the president and CEO of the company from 1999-2006.

He received his bachelor’s in economics from Duke University, attended the Wharton School of Business Advanced Management Program at the University of Pennsylvania and the Phoenix Country Day School in Phoenix, Arizona.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 421 home sales in Lake Forest during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $775,000.
