Patrick Donley and Debra Donley have listed for sale a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 5217 Woodland Ave. in Western Springs for $749,900.

The Donleys paid $455,000 for the property in Nov. 1998. The 2,600-square-foot home in Central Western Springs was built in 1995. It is located in the Forest Hills of Western Springs subdivision. Carol Walsh Rosentreter of RE/MAX Properties is the listing agent.

Mr. Donley is vice president of business development at Power Construction, a general contractor and construction management firm based in Chicago. He most recently served as vice president of business development for the Midwest Region of the Minneapolis-headquartered real estate development firm Ryan Companies. Prior to that, he worked at Walsh Construction in Chicago, where he served as project manager, business development manager and vice president.

He holds a B.S. degree in civil engineering and a master’s degree in construction management from the University of Notre Dame and Purdue University, respectively.

The Donleys previously sold their condo at 130 N. Garland Court in The Loop for $360,000 in May 2010.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 129 home sales in Western Springs during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $444,500.
