Stephanie Sadoff and Robert Sadoff have listed for sale a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhouse at 1767 N. Hoyne Ave. in Bucktown for $608,000.

The Sadoffs paid $560,000 for the property in March 2006. The 2,027-square-foot townhouse, which was built in 2000, is part of the Willow Court development.

Ms. Sadoff, who is the agent for the listing, is a senior real estate consultant at @properties in Chicago. She is also the owner of SRS Properties, Inc. In addition, she currently serves as director of philanthropy for the Chicago Syracuse Alumni organization.

She holds a degree in business from Syracuse University.

The Sadoffs previously sold their condo at 1050 N. Hermitage Ave. in Ukrainian Village for $386,000 in March 2006.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 269 home sales in Bucktown during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $403,000.
