Lisa Erspamer has listed for sale a two-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo at 1301 N. Dearborn St. in the Gold Coast for $1,200,000.

The unit is part of The Whitney condo development, which was built in 1998. Ms. Erspamer bought the property for $1,225,000 in 2008. Kim Korber of @Properties is the listing agent.

Ms. Erspamer is the chief creative officer of the Oprah Winfrey Network. She has worked as a co-executive producer of The Oprah Winfrey Show since 2006. She first joined Harpo Productions in 1994 as an associate producer.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 690 condo unit sales in Gold Coast during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $390,000.
