Leoanard Cerullo has listed for sale a three-bed, 2.5 bath condo at 1500 N. Astor St. in Gold Coast for $3.5 million.

Dr. Cerullo bought, the condo, Unit# 7 for $2.65 million in Oct. 2002. It is in the McCormick Mansion condo development. Mary O’Connor of Coldwell Banker is the listing agent.

Dr. Cerullo is a neurosurgeon with Northshore University Health System.

He earned his M.D. at Jefferson Medical College in 1970.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 690 condo sales in the Gold Coast during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $390,000.
