Drew Karras and Kelly Karras have listed for sale a six-bedroom, seven-bath home at 4605 N. Hermitage Ave. in Ravenswood for $1.699 million.

The Karrases paid $1.95 million for the property in Dec. 2006. The 3,417-square-foot home was built in 1880. Jeffrey Lowe of Prudential Rubloff is the listing agent.

Mr. Karras is a senior business leader and vice president at MasterCard Advisers, a provider of payments consulting, information, analytics, and customized services to financial institutions and their merchant partners. He most recently served as senior vice president of business development at Teleperformance. Prior to that, he was senior manager at Capgemini Ernst Young.

He earned a B.A. in political science from University of Toronto – Victoria University, a B.B.A. in marketing and finance from University of Windsor and an M.B.A. in marketing and finance from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.

The Karrases also own a home at 821 W. Oakdale Ave. in Lakeview and Unit #12 at 3434 N. Damen Ave. in Roscoe Village. They paid $383,500 and $572,000 for the properties in Dec. 1991 and April 2002, respectively. They sold their home at 3424 N. Greenview Ave. in Lakeview for $1 million in Dec. 2006.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 333 home sales in Ravenswood during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $330,000.
