Gregory Kavanugh and Janice Kavanaugh have listed for sale a five-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 575 Stonegate Terrace in Glencoe for $899,000.

Linda Rosenbloom of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is the listing agent. The Kavanaughs paid $840,000 for the property in Aug. 2001. The 3,012-square-foot home in West Glencoe was built in 1925. It is located in the Strawberry Hill subdivision.

Mr. Kavanaugh is head of global liquidity and revenue management at Bank of America.

He attended Indiana University – Bloomington and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

The Kavanaughs previously sold their home at 1656 W. Nelson St. in Lakeview for $605,000 in Dec. 2001 and their condo at 2142 N. Racine Ave. in Lincoln Park for $239,500 in April 1997.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 107 home sales in Glencoe during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $840,000.
