The estate of Dollie T. Jamison has listed for sale a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 1930 Forrest Road in Winter Park for $425,000.

Jennifer Sloan of Kelly Price and Company is the listing agent. The 1,854-square-foot home in South of Osceola Ave. was built in 1961. It is located in the Charmont subdivision.

Jamison worked for the public accounting firm of W.O. Daley in Orlando for over 10 years. Prior to moving to Florida, she worked for Western Electric in Atlanta.

She died in Oct. 2010.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 444 home sales in Winter Park during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $162,500.
