Deena Henry and her husband, Todd, have listed for sale a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 6849 Dolce St. in Florida Center for $499,900.

The Henrys paid $511,600 for the property in March 2006, the same year the 3,015-square-foot home was built. Ms. Henry is the listing agent.

Ms. Henry is a real estate broker and the owner of Summerside Realty LLC in Windermere. Prior to opening her own brokerage firm, she worked for GMAC Real Estate and Washington Mutual Bank’s mortgage loan division.

She attended St. John’s University in New York City.

Mr. Henry is a co-owner of Summerside Realty LLC, where he also serves as a sales associate. He previously was a custom home superintendent. Prior to moving to Florida, he owned T. Henry Contracting Company

He attended St. Mary’s University in Nova Scotia, Canada.

The Henrys also own homes at 11578 Claymont Circle in Windermere and at 11750 Delwick Drive in Windermere. They paid $515,000 and $270,800 for the properties in Sept. 2007 and Aug. 2005, respectively.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 43 home sales in Florida Center during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $224,500.
