Adam D. Degraide has listed for sale a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath at 1735 Maple Leaf Drive in Windermere for $449,000.

Danny Veal of Coldwell Banker Real Estate is the listing agent. Degraide paid $550,000 for the property in May 2006. The 2,771-square-foot home in Lake Butter was built in 1989. It is located in the Windermere Downs subdivision.

Degraide is the founder and CEO of the digital marketing company Astonish Results in Warwick, Rhode Island and the independent record label Astonish Records in Orlando. He previously founded BZ Results, a digital marketing company assisting car dealers in Internet marketing.

Degraide also owns a home at 9720 Nearwater Place in Windermere and Unit #23 at 8749 The Esplanade in Doctor Phillips. He paid $2.7 million and $559,000 for the properties in June 2005 and July 2006, respectively.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 615 home sales in Windermere during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $235,000.
