Governor releases list of projects he says transportation plan could pay for

Governor BobMcDonnell’s office released a spreadsheet of potential projects it says his transportation plan could pay for.

Gov. McDonnell released half of his four billion dollar transportation agenda in December.  He laid out more of the plan during his annual State of the Commonwealth Address.

Several projects from the Virginia Department of Transportation’s Salem District are listed on the spreadsheet, including the long dormant Valley View interchange project in Roanoke.

It’s cost is listed at more than $61 million dollars.
