Cowley Street offices will be vacated

According to reports in Property Week magazine, The Liberal Democrats are on the look out for new office space in Westminster within close proximity to the Houses of Parliament.

 

The Lib Dems will vacate their offices in Victoria at 4 Cowley Street, SW1, in favour of a property which can accommodate them on a single floor. It is thought that several potential properties have already been viewed.

 

Formerly the London HQ of the North Eastern Railway Company, the Cowley Street property is a Victorian Grade II listed building comprising around 7,000 sq ft of office accommodation.

 

A decision is expected soon.
