The 11,877-square-foot home sold for $4.15 million, or $349 per square foot. The estate has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and one half bathroom. The Mediterranean home includes a porte cochere, a four-car garage, library, home theater, a gym and a game room.
Built on 2.42 acres, the estate features beach entry, a fire pit and a free form pool with a spa. The new 2009 construction also has a built-in grill, wet bar and an elevator.

Bidu Property LLC has purchased a 5,980-square-foot home in Gables Estates for $4,150,000, or $694 per square foot. Built in 1968, the estate has five bedrooms, six bathrooms and one half bathroom. The home has a library with built-in bookcases, a bar, grill, pool and hurricane shutters. Located at 115 Arvida Pkwy., the estate sits on 280 feet of canal front and includes a dock and boatlift, with dockage for large yachts.
