MUMBAI –Differences persist among the founders of Patni Computer Systems Ltd. over a deal to sell their and private equity firm General Atlantic’s combined 63% stake in the company, a person familiar with the matter said Tuesday.
“The deal, if at all acceptable to all [Patni brothers and General Atlantic], is likely to take another two weeks,” the person told Dow Jones Newswires.
