Shoot forward two years and it was listed for sale. Then it was delisted in October of 2007. Listed again in April of 2008. Then delisted a in September of 2008. Now it’s back, and with a shiny and new asking price: $948,000. The Metropolitan has amenities that include a theater, huge gym, indoor pool, fancy lobby, etc. But does that justify the $775.12 monthly HOA dues? Godspeed, #2405.
